Meet the Dedicated Team at NexYouth

Meet THe NexYouth Team

Driven by lived experience.
United by purpose.

At NexYouth, we’re proud to be a youth-led organisation driven by lived experience, passion, and a shared commitment to supporting young people.

Our team brings together individuals with diverse backgrounds in youth work, mental health, education, and advocacy. Each person plays a vital role in shaping services that are inclusive, accessible, and informed by real experiences.

We believe in doing things with young people, not for them—and that starts with the people behind the scenes.

Jordan Dighton (He/Him) – Founding Director and CEO

"With over six years of experience advocating for youth mental health, I am committed to ensuring young people have access to the support my generation never had. NexYouth was built to be the support system I wish I had growing up."

David Brachio-Clark (He/Him) - Head of Operations and Development Director

“With a background in Law and Criminology, I’ve seen the challenges young people face when support isn’t available. As someone with lived experience of complex health conditions, I understand the importance of accessible services. At NexYouth, I’m committed to ensuring every young person has a voice and the support they deserve.”

Natalie Tanner (She/Her) - Director and Head of Youth and Community Engagement

“With over 10 years of experience in youth work, I’ve seen first-hand the positive impact of the right support. I hold a degree in Childhood and Youth Studies and have worked across youth clubs, family support services, and even summer camps in the US. At NexYouth, I’m passionate about creating accessible services that empower young people to reach their full potential.”

“I’m passionate about improving youth mental health, having experienced the challenges of the system first-hand. With experience working in schools and supporting young people with additional needs, I bring safeguarding expertise and a deep commitment to making mental health support accessible to all. At NexYouth, I want every young person to know they are not alone.”

Nigel Cullumbine – Non-Executive Director

I’m proud to support NexYouth as a Non-Executive Director, helping to champion mental health support for young people. With over 20 years of experience working across health and care systems, I bring a background in executive leadership, digital transformation, and operational improvement within the NHS and HealthTech.

I’m passionate about driving meaningful change and believe in people-led solutions. Outside of work, I also serve as an executive coach and mentor, supporting the development of future leaders.”

Diane Fairweather – Non-Executive Director

Being a Non-Executive Director for NexYouth is more than a title; it is a commitment to support the team in positively impacting the lives of young people. My business and research background, together with my aspirations to support the next generation, enable me to provide strategic guidance and management oversight. Together we can make a difference!

Our Vision for the Future

We won’t stop until every young person feels seen, heard, and supported. By working together, we can create a future where youth mental health is a priority, and no one feels alone in their journey.
