Hi I’m Helen. I am a single mum to wonderful teenage daughter. I was a teacher and SEN specialist for 25 years. I am now the director of HelenJaneCoaching. I’m a certified NLP coach. I help girls who are struggling with a range of challenges so that they can thrive and live their best live, confident that they are enough just as they are!
