Early emotional support for young people aged 11–25

What We Offer

Time to Talk is our core early intervention service, offering 1:1 emotional support and practical guidance for young people experiencing challenges with their mental health, wellbeing or life circumstances.

This service provides a safe, trusted space to talk and helps young people access the right support at the right time.

  • Young people aged 11–25 who:

    • Live, work or study in Swale

    • Are experiencing loneliness, low mood or anxiety

    • Are struggling at home, school or college

    • Have experienced bullying or isolation

    • Are young carers, care leavers or estranged young people

    Families can also access advice and signposting.

    • Up to 12 weeks of 1:1 emotional support

    • Initial assessment and personalised support plan

    • Weekly wellbeing check-ins

    • Emotional literacy and coping strategies

    • Confidence, resilience and life skills development

    • Advocacy and supported signposting

    • Small practical wellbeing support fund for young people facing financial barriers

    • Appointment-based 1:1 sessions through individual or professional referral

    • Monthly open-access drop-in clinics across Swale
